Ombudsman Igli Totozani presented in Shkoder the special report for the blood feuds.
He asked for more investigation and punishment for those who falsify blood feud documents to receive asylum in the EU.
Totozani asked the President to appeal the Coordinating Council in the fight against blood feuds.
“The President would give a good message for preventing blood feud by gathering the Coordinating Council. It would encourage the institutions of the administration to pass them”, Totozani declared.
He also asked the preparation of a census and a clear map of the families in the blood feud.
