Oil price raises again, dropped prices of international market not reflected

Although the oil prices have dropped with 30% in the world markets, it remains still high in Albania.
BBC says that oil barrels have dropped to 50 USD per barrel, while in Albania it is still sold at 187 all per liter.
Albania is currently the 15th country in the world for the highest oil price, according to Global Petroleum Prices, with 1.28 per liter, while in Germany it was 1.23 EUR per liter and went down with 5 cent while in Albania it grew with 5 cents.
Albania has a harder tax system for fuels and the market doesn’t reflect the international prices.
