One of the most flooded areas in Nenshkoder is Obot village, where water
has isolated all residents and has destroyed all crops. In this place
boats are the only way to connect with the rest of the country.
Water has covered all Obot that has now turned into an island, creating a station that looks more like a small port where people wait for boats to carry their food.
The head of the commune says that the damages in crops and residential homes are immense.
Obot residents are facing a very hard life. Gjon Ndoci has used a boat to buy the daily food.
He has to wait for another boat to return home.
