Law Students addressed a petition to the Ministry of Justice, so that
they can review the number of winners that will be allowed in this
school.
This fact was made public by the Minister of Justice, Eduart Halimi, during a meeting of the High Council of Justice, where was declared that the vacancies for those who finish the Magistrate School is 8 to 10.
Students want to review the acceptance limit, since they think that this method is discriminating them.
President Bujar Nishani, as President of the High Council of Justice, considered the appointment of judges as very important and that should be transparent and according to the procedures not only for the public, but also for Judges.
