Nishani decrees Malaj as member of the Supreme Court

The Albanian President decreed Alaudin Malaj as member of the Supreme Court.

Malaj replaces Ardian Dvoranin, whose mandate had expired on January 20th 2014.

The President opened a tour of consultations with the Parliamentary Group leaders. This development had reserves from the majority.

The Democratic Party supported the names proposed by the President, considering the stance held by the majority as political and as a clear effort for attacking the Institution of the President.
