Nishani decrees four generals

The Albanian President, Bujar Nishani, decreed four new generals in the
Albanian Army, while General Agim Lala was released from duty after
reaching the retirement age.
One Presidential decree that attracts the attention is Qemal Shkurti, who received the grades of a General after this promotion.
The Minister of Defense, who made these propositions, was involved in the opposition’s accusations for making appointments without Topi’s approval.
The President also decreed Viktor Berdo, from Chief of the Ground Forces became vice Chief of the Staff of the Armed Forces, promoting him to the grade of Major General.
Zyber Dushku was also promoted Major General. The names of the new generals are Jeronim Bazo, Syrja Gjoka, Qemal Shkurti and Bardhyl Hoxha.
