New York, Haxhinasto meets Clinton

Albania will increase its military and civil contribution in the NATO international peace-keeping missions.

The news came from the Foreign Minister, Edmond Haxhinasto, after a meeting with the US Secretary of State, Hilary Clinton.

In this meeting held during the traditional trans-Atlantic dinner, Clinton valued Albania’s engagement in Libya and Tunisia.

Mrs. Clinton declared that the US supports the project of the TAP gas pipeline that has a strategic significance for Albania.
