The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, published the scheme for the New
Year bonuses. Various categories receive from 2000 to 5000 ALL. The PM
says this is an interim phase, since the complex operation of reforms is
still undergoing.
Categories with 2000 ALL include the disabled, people with agricultural pension, with special treatment, early pension and energy compensation.
Noted teachers, 300 hospital employees, mainly nurses, will be rewarded with 40000 ALL.
Dozens of excellence students will be rewarded with 50000 ALL.
