The Energy Distribution Operator (OSHEE) will apply relief schemes for clients who are behind with their payments.
The agreements will be applicable to all categories, starting with families, clients with special needs and businesses.
“There will be a 2800 ALL scheme for families, 1200 ALL for clients with special needs, while businesses who owe payments can reenter the instalment scheme”, said Elton Sevrani, Director of the Commercial Unit at OSHEE.
OSHEE has signed 400,000 agreements under the relief scheme, 120,000 of which are under process. 20,000 new clients are expected to join the scheme now that the deadline was postponed.
