New Prosecutor General, Xhafaj: “Different relation with Police”

The appointing of the new Prosecutor General is expected to open a new political battle.

For Interior Minister, Fatmir Xhafaj, the end of Llalla’s term will bring a new relationship between the Prosecution and Police in the fight against crime.

“The changes that will be brought to the Prosecution through the judiciary reform, I am convinced that there will be another partnership and a more credible relation that what we have today”, he declared.

Minister Xhafaj attended the regional conference against organized crime, promising in front of foreign experts that there will be zero tolerance during the “Force of law” operation.
