The Kosovo-Serbia dialogue for technical matters will restart on January 2012, focusing on three matters.

According to RTK, these three matters will be energy, telecommunication and the representation of Kosovo in regional initiatives and further.

The exact date of the new round still remains unknown, but the official Prishtina and Belgrade confirm that the dialogue that is mediated by the EU will continue.

The head of the Kosovo delegation, Edita Tahiri, warned another meeting on February, declaring that Serbia cannot impose anymore conditions.

In the second round, both countries agreed to sign the free movement agreement that entered in act on December.

However, this agreement was criticized by the opposition in Kosovo, especially the Self-Determination Movement, which considered it a submission.

Travelers of both countries considered this agreement as a very big damage, due to the high taxes and obligations.

The Self Determination Movement accused the government of Kosovo of tolerating Serbia in the dialogue rounds, by damaging the independence and sovereignty of Kosovo.

“Each of the eight negotiation rounds was a big step towards the diffraction of the state of Kosovo”, declared the Self Determination Movement in a press communication called “the eight presents of Edita Tahiri for Kosovo”.
