New expertise for Ziver Veizi

The Prosecutor of the January 21st case for the death of Ziver Veizi,
asked another scientific report from the Scientific Police, since one of
the coroners said that the victim could have been killed by a rebound
bullet, since there were particles of wooded material found in the
bullet.

Prosecutor Blerim Tominaj rejected the report of coroner Ndoc Cardaku with harsh tones, saying that the bullet has travelled from Agim Llupo’s weapons and has hit the victim.

“The expert abused with his duty and declared that the wooden particles were takebn by the bullet. It looks like a fairy tale, because that wooden particle has survived to a speed that is faster than the voice, and it has survived to 1000 degrees temperatures, it has travelled through the body and it fell on the other side, on his shirt, so that our expert could discover it”, Tominaj declared.

The Court decided to accept the Prosecution’s request for Veizi’s case, in order to find an answer to the question if it is possible that the wooden particles could have remained after hitting the tree and the body of the victim.

Two experts called by the defence will come on December 17th, and the court will decide who will carry out the duty.
