New buses for Tirana

Tirana Mayor, Edi Rama, met the residents of Municipal Unit no.4, accompanied by the candidate that is running for a second mandate, Vaid Kalaja.
“The only way to fight unemployment, high prices and poverty is to make this government go away. For these problems belong to the government, and they are not solving them. We need another government”, Rama said.
After listening to the citizens’ problems, Rama walked on the Ali Demi Street with the candidate of Municipal Unit no.1, Lindita Nikolli, to inaugurate the new buses for the public transport.
“Within this year, there will be two other lines. Tirana will be covered 100% by European standard buses like these, with low polluting levels. This is the only way, the way of quality and service to all people without distinction”, Rama declared.
Rama said that the transport line Kombinat-Kinostudio is still using old buses, blaming for this the democratic councilors of the Municipal Council, who, according to Rama, have intentionally blocked this project, to cause stress and dissatisfaction to the residents against the Tirana Municipality.
