The Interior Ministry reported the former National Guard Commanders,
Ndrea Prendi and Artan Hoxha, together with two other National Guard
employees.
The lawsuit came after some verifications made by the Audit of the Minister of Interior Affairs at the National Guard, which showed that employee Shqipe Spahiu has unjustly benefited from a payment and other treatments from 2010 to 2013.
After some verifications, it has turned out that Spahiu, Chief of the Human Resources at the National Guard, has not been in Albania at all. But she has been paid the same in her bank account.
For this reason, the former commanders Ndrea Prendi and Artan Hoxha have been reported over power abuse and fraud, together with Vojsi Bendaj, another employee, and Shqipe Spahiu.
