The Narta residents in Vlore, who have a Greek minority among them,
refused Omonia’s appeals for blocking the population registration
process.

The interviewers have not been refused in this coastal village, when they knocked on the doors for the Census questionnaires.

The residents say that they are participating in the registration and are declaring of having Greek nationality.

“The process is going better than we expected. No one has refused the Census on the first days and neither the nationality declaration, while everything else has been normal”, says one of the Narta interviewers.

Omonia organization appealed the Greek minority to boycott the registration and oppose the way how the process is performed.

One day ago, Top-Channel’s cameras proved that the registration was going well even in the Greek minority area of Dropull.
