Mysterious traffic fines

The fines that are given by the police without the presence of the
driver have returned in a nightmare for the citizens, who get acquainted
with the fact only when another police stops them on the road.
This problem was followed lately with confusions with the driver’s name, since the flux of fines has increased. The complaints in Tirana have increased.
“No, my car hasn’t been blocked but I came to check the fines. I found that I have unpaid fines that I don’t even know where I have taken them. It is not for the delay payment, but I must know when I receive a fine”, a citizen delcared.
One other was surprised to find out that he had five fines, and his vehicle number was accurate, but the driver’s name was wrong.
Although this is a problem that has been reported even earlier for the public, none of the interest groups or MPs has mentioned this problem at the Traffic Code amends in Parliament.
