After the news that Albania will cede 12 miles of maritime territory, many have asked professor Myslim Pashaj to react.
Myslim Pashaj was the colonel who fought against the agreement of 2009 between Albania and Greece, which was rejected by the Constitutional Court.
Pashaj made a post on Facebook, in which he declared that there are no direct technical negotiations, but real and rational discussions for renegotiating an agreement.
The professor insists that both parties are still reviewing the preliminary phase, but they have not signed any document yet.
According to Pashaj, the “Greece-Italy pact is an exemplary approach, by not giving Greece the same distance as Italy, in a border that is continental and continuous”.
