The Police suspects that the murder of Flamur Kasniqja, who had changed
his surname to Toska, mght be strongly related with a retaliation about
drugs or a murder that took place one month ago, when a 42-year-old man
died and three friends of him were wounded.
The same scheme was used against Toska, from Tropoja. They were waiting for him after he came out of a casino. He died one his way to the hospital, while his friends, Fatjon Biberaj and Ramiz Bashukaj were wounded.
The Tirana Police declared that they have found the motives of the crime, but cannot publish them for investigative reasons. They say that they are working intensively for finding the authors.
According to the Police, Toska has a crime history he escaped a murder attempt not long ago, after a conflict that was considered as banal, a road rage.
Police also remembers his name for the escape from the Rinas airport, when he was being deported from the Italian authorities. He escaped the police by leaving through a vehicle.
