Murder attempt against police agent

The Prosecution of Tirana is investigating the murder attempt against the police officer, Naim Hyska.
Sources from the Prosecution declared for Top Channel that the strongest lead is that of personal motives.
But if the investigations will show that Naim Hyska was shot due to his duty, the file will go to the respective court, that of the Serious Crimes.
Officials from the investigation group confirmed for Top Channel that they are not ruling out any lead so far.
What was different with this crime is that the file did not go directly to the Court of Serious Crimes, as it happened a few days ago when a government official’s appartment was attacked with dynamite.
Naim Hyska was shot in the head, in front of his 12 year old boy. The first suspicions are those of a possible revenge, since Hyska was involved in a police operation that left one dead.
The wounded police agent is still in serious conditions at the Military Hospital in Tirana. Doctors say that he will undergo another surgery.
