MP Noka reacts after PM’s declaration, says Kukes-Shishtavec road is merit of Berisha

The Democratic Party MP, Flamur Noka, reacted after Prime Minister Edi
Rama said that the Kukes-Shishtavec road was made by the Socialist
Party.

Noka said that the Nation’s Road was a promise made by Sali Berisha to the residents of the area, and that segment had not yet been finished when they lost the elections, but the funds were approved by the Albanian Development Fund, and Rama was trying to block it.

According to Noka, everyone in Kukes is well-informed about who has built that road.
