After Top Channel published a document form the National Guard, in which
they claimed that the fire against the January 21st protesters was
legitimated, due to their excessive violence, Brace reacted in
Palriament and opposed this document.
“I value the intervention of the Interior Minister to explain the situation about the document published by Top Channel, referring to what happened at the Court of Appeal. I would ask the Minister today to withdraw that document from the Court, because it doesn’t say the truth”, Brace said.
Brace sees the verdict of the Supreme Court as an imposure against the society. For this reason, he made a proposition:
“This case legitimates the dissolving of these courts. The Supreme Court has not made justice, but they are covering crime and killers”, Brace said.
Basha said that the justice reform is needed for creating a decent cast of judges, who would have the courage to investigate even Lulzim Basha for the accusations regarding the Durres-Kukes road.
