More than 100 million EUR for PPP energy projects after law amend

The Albanian government has changed the Public-Private-Partnership law, to make way for more than 100 million EUR worth of projects.

The government approved some legal regulations which exempt these investments from normal PPP rules.

The main cause for this amend is because it takes more than two years to complete the procedures for the PPP contract, making many investors hesitate and even withdraw.
