More prison for Diveroli

Efraim Diveroli, the young ammunition businessman who gained millions of
dollars from Pentagon contracts before being sentenced to four years in
prison on fraud charges by a Miami federal Court, will stay behind bars
for two more years.

The court ruled the new verdict after verifying that he had violated the order which denied him the possession of any kind of weapon while awaiting trial. But right before being sentenced, Diveroli signed an agreement with an arm dealer in Florida, to whom he offered ammunition. But the person with whom he made the agreement was in fact a covered FBI agent.

The name of Efraim Diveroli is not new for the Albanian public. He was only 21-years-old when he took a 300 million USD contract from the US Army for supplying ammunition to the soldiers in Afghanistan.

After the four-years sentence for selling expired ammunition that derived from Albania through his AEY Company, Diveroli will spend two other years in prison for illegal traffic of weapons, after an investigation of the FBI. The 25 year old pretends that he doesn’t want to turn to the old life of drugs, alcohol and gamble. The prosecutors doubt his sincerity, but they declare that he seems smart enough to not make other violations that would aggravate his situation. As reported by Orlando Sentinel, even after leaving prison, Diveroli will spend two more years of his life under police supervision.
