Ministry warns police officers of Emergency Calls

46 police officers in Albanian communication centrals have received a
warning from the Ministry of Interior for not communicating properly
with citizens who call 129.
The Ministry says that they have not used the phrases determined by the Directorate when answering citizens.
This was an order of the General Chief of Police, Artan Didi, against the service personnel in operative centrals.
Didi says that the personnel should respect the communication methodology, which never allows operators to advise citizens to address their problem to another institution. Citizens must be assured about having a quick response for the required services.
