Did the higher education institution “Kristal” sell diplomas? Now it is
up to the Prosecution to answer this question, which will verify a
complete verification of the entire documentation. According to the
authorities, this institution has violated 24 criteria out of 37 that
there are in total.
The General Secretary at the Ministry of Education, Plarent Ndreca, declared that they are filing a criminal report against the leaders of this institution and the respective deans and rectors.
Some of the details are changed registers, repeated names, diplomas withdrawn from a single individual, foreigners who have completed the courses in this institution by appearing only once and by not giving the Albanian language test, according to Ndreca.
The student diplomas that were given fictively will not be recognized by the Ministry of Education. This institution is also operating in a building that has no construction or operation permit, and has operated with two types of contracts for students.
