The Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy announces that starting from June 22, 2020 will begin the operation of regular international flights to and from Rinas airport, to destinations according to schedules approved or communicated by the Civil Aviation Authority.
During the week that begins on June 22, 2020 airlines must take the necessary measures to enable booking of flights to and from Tirana International Airport.
Airlines must make every preparation and have ready action plans for the implementation of the obligations set out in the Air Transport Operations Protocol.
Meanwhile, the Civil Aviation Authority will rigorously monitor the implementation of these measures.
Air operators operating for and from Tirana International Airport will be responsible for informing passengers of possible restrictions on departures from TIA to the intended destination airport, as well as the requirements contained in the Air Transport Operations Protocol , as well as health care and safety rules at the destination airport.
