Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure resigns

The Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure, Edmond Haxhinasto, has resigned today.

The news was made public by sources from the Socialist Movement for Integration.

Haxhinasto is now meeting with the leader of the SMI, Ilir Meta. Unconfirmed sources say that Haxhinasto may be replaced by Sokol Dervishi.

The Prime Minister’s Office answered to Top Channel’s inquiry that the resignation is not part of any government changes.
