Minister of Economy: “We will reduce Rinas airport fees”

The government may force the Rinas airport to lower fees, if they are able to verify that the concessionary company has abused with the monopoly position.
“We are scanning the economic balances and imbalances for the Mother Theresa airport concession. Very soon we will have results that we will be sharing with the public”, Minister Ahmetaj declared.
Last year, Tirana International Airport made 50 million EUR from tariffs, with a profit ratio of 38%.
