After the resignation of Artur Zoto, the Ministry of Justice announced Miklovan Kopani as General Chief of Prisons.
Minister of Justice, Ylli Manjani, thanked Zoto for his professional contribution and valued his experience.
Artur Zoto resigned yesterday from this post for personal reasons.
The Ministry of Justice announcement says that Kopani has a long management experience in the public administration, including national security institutions.
Manjani said he is convinced that Kopani will continue to lead this institution with success.
