The Penal College of the Supreme Court withdrew for taking a decision
regarding the request that Prosecutor Bujar Sheshi presented at the
recent trail session against former Deputy Prime Minister Ilir Meta.
The General Prosecution asked the devaluation of the expertise made by the three Albanian experts, arguing that it was inaccurate and incomplete. The Prosecution requires a new examination by international experts.
The legal procedure cannot continue without responding to the prosecutor. The experts defended their expertise by saying that their error margin was zero, what is a margin offered only in Albania.
