The Socialist Movement for Integration leader, Ilir Meta, declared at
the National Council of his party that he supports the declaration of
the EU Commissioner, Johannes Hahn, regarding the justice reform.
Meta said that the 20 votes of the SMI are ready for passing this important reform. “This is not just a matter between the political forces, but a national duty, an extraordinary responsibility that needed to reinforce the law in the country and increased the citizens trust on justice.
“We are responsible for the SMI, for those who have voted and who are more in numbers than three years ago. Also, for all Albanian citizens. I hope that the political forces will pass this reform reform, because the certification from the international community is there”, Meta declared.
The SMI leader underlined that any delay with the reform is unnecessary and very costly for the integration of our country in the EU.
