Meta in Tblisi: “Parliament, dedicated to transparency”

The Parliament Speaker of Albania, Ilir Meta, is attending a visit in Georgia, invited by the Parliament.
Meta is visiting Tblisi for the international conference on Parliamentary transparency.
“There is no democracy without transparency and without public participation. The Parliament is dedicated to transparency through a concrete plan. The civil society is an active part in planning the laws in Parliament”, Meta declared.
He said he is focused on increasing the supervisory role of the Parliament on the interest of the reforms.
