Edi Rama and Ilir Meta, two leaders of the winning coalition of the June
23rd elections met at the Socialist Party. For the first time after
several years Meta entered the Socialist Party headquarters where he
discussed with the Socialist Party leader for more than one hour.

Sources at the Socialist Party declared for Top Channel that Rama and Meta followed the development of the Central Election Commission session in which they discussed about the districts of Lezhe and Kukes.

The Socialist Party and Socialist Movement for Integration gave no details about this meeting, in which, besides the Central Election Commission, they must have discussed about matters related with the new government.

The two leaders are expected to discuss not only for the programs, but also for the new government. For the latter there is still too much mystery, although some names have been mentioned unofficially.

This was the first visit of the Socialist Movement for Integration leader at the Socialist Party since May 26th, when Meta signed together with Rama the agreement before the local elections of 2007.

Rama and Meta have been seen meeting in several other locations during the last days, even in the southern coastline.

These meetings are expected to intensify in the upcoming days, since the structure of the next government will be discussed exclusively by the two leaders of the winning coalition.
