The catholic devotees will celebrate Easter on midnight. Msg. Rrok
Mirdita, the Archbishop of Tirana and Durres, and Pastor Fitor Muca,
President of the Albanian Evangelical Fraternity, have given their
felicitation messages.
“By celebrating the good news of the Christ’s resurrection, the Church shows to the humanity that the only power that can liberate them is the power of love, which goes through the cross and self denial. May we find the strength for carrying our crosses by looking at the resurrected and by standing on the truth. May these Easter be a condolence for all those who are in sufferings, and a source of hope for all humanity. Happy Easter”, declared Msg. Rrok Mirdita.
“Christ was crucified by becoming the eternal appeal that the true love is based on giving. God gave itself for us, and giving ourselves to others should be the refrain of every day, from the highest rank politician and to the most common citizen in this process of sacrifice. The society in which we live can become better. When days are difficult and everything around us seems dark, remember the Easter as a significance of freedom. When the hopes between you seem lost, remember the resurrection”, Pastor Fitor Muca declared.
