Mediu at the “Sofra Dibrane”

“This is the model that should be given by politics, which must transmit messages of communication to progress and prosper”, Mediu declared.

The Republican leader declared that Dibra is an Albanian region rich of traditions and that has produced many patriotic figures.

A few days ago Mediu, historic ally of the Democratic Party, declared that in the elections of June 23rd the Centre Right parties should enter a new coalition formula.

“I think that we need a coalition that gives more chances to the political subjects and individuals who compete, and not just a coalition that takes the side of the Democratic Party, and DP taking all the profits”, Mediu declared.

The Republican leader made these calculations based on the results of the elections 2009, through which the Republicans did not secure a proportional representation in Parliament.

Mediu did not give a clear coalition formula, since the meeting of the allies has not been held yet.

But he indicated that a right solution would be with the DP including members from the ally parties in their electoral lists, to motivate their electorate.
