The tendering procedures have finished for 66 of 200 types of medicines listed for the hospitals.
There has been no offering for 14 medicines, but director Ivziku clarifies that these medicaments are cheap and not problematic. The Hospital has taken measures for avoiding this problem for the next year, by requesting long-term contracts, in order to avoid negotiations each year.
