The Fourth International Medical Conference of Specialties was held at
the city of Elabsan, and will continue for three days, organized by the
“Xhaferr Kongoli” Hospital Center, the Nurse Department and the District
Council,
Doctors from different districts of the region exchanged their experiences and presented their topics, so that the scientific novelties can be used for the patients.
The conference was greeted by the Rector of the Tirana University, Dhori Kule, and the Director of Policies, Pellumb Pipero, who promised that if the “Xhaferr Kongoli” Hospital Center will become an University Hospital, the Nurse Department will turn into a faculty.
The Deputy Minister of Health, Alberto Gajo, spoke about a series of reforms at the Health Ministry, which will improve the Regional Hospitals management, and that some of these reforms will be realized through a loan.
