Inspectors from the Ministry of Justice have verified a violation in the ruling of the Kavaja Judge, Osman Aliu.
The conclusion comes one month after the Minister of Interior, Saimir Tahiri, sent a letter to President Nishani, as Chairman of the High Council of Justice. But the inspections have been made by the Justice Ministry Inspectorate. The Justice Minister asked the HCJ to take disciplinary measures against the Judge.
The Justice Ministry press office confirms that inspectors have verified violations, but there are no details from the report. The Press Office says that by the end of the procedures they will ask the HCJ to take a disciplinary measure against the Kavaja Judge. By the end of March, the Interior Minister declared in a public letter addressed to the President that the persons who were arrested by the police, were released by the Kavaja judge.
