The Elbasan-Tirana road has been blocked by massive rocks near Mamel, two kilometers from the tunnel.
The rocks were detached from the mountain around 03:00, this Saturday, after heavy rains.
The Tirana-Elbasan side is functional. The road authority has intervened, together with the maintenance firm, to put the necessary signals and work to free the road.
