The General Tax Office announced that they have undertaken a wide action
of inspections in specific sectors of the economy where violations have
been identified.
“40 objects in the Tirana construction sectors had missing technical and legal documentation and unregistered constructions”, declared Erjon Prifti, from the General Tax Office.
Another sector under inspection was that of transportation.
“3532 inspections were carried out in the transportation sector, and 212 cases have been discovered for which we undertook administrative measures with a value of 12 million ALL. Other operations of this nature will continue in the construction sector along the coastline, and also for the transportation sector, in all main national roads”, Prifti declared.
The Tax Office declared that the intensification of controls has increased the budget revenues for the first four months of this year.
