50-year-old Gjon Gjeka was killed today in the centre of Shkoder. Two people travelling on a motorcycle and with their heads covered by the helmets fired three bullets against the victim.
According to the Police, the victim was one of the most active criminals during the 1997-1998 turmoils.
The victim was coming out of his house and was shot while entering the car. This is another execution adding up to the already high crime rates.
