Man disappeared for two weeks

The 47-year-old Anton Prendi from Fushe Kruje has disappeared for the
last 14 days. The family members say that the police have not worked
enough for this case and that they are thinking about self-justice. They
are still anxiously waiting for news, a wait that has already become
more difficult than the bad news.
Prendi, father of three, disappeared in mysterious circumstances. His daughter, Rajmonda Prendi, tells about her last moments with her father and how she received the news that he had disappeared.
“It was Sunday, 06:30. He had his coffee and went to work. At 16:30 I called his colleagues and they said that he hadn’t been at work. I notified my mother, who was in Tirana, and she returned here together with the uncles and reported it to the police, but we still don’t know where our father is”, the girl declared.
Anton’s brother, Sokol Prendi, accuses the police of not showing enough interest to find his brother. He says that the silence of the police is drawing the family members towards self-justice”, the brother of Anton declared.
Sources at the Fushe-Kruje Police say that the revenge lead has fallen, because they have made all possible efforts to find Anton. Although the path from Anton Prendi’s house to his work is less than one kilometer, the Police has been unable to find any trace of the 47-year-old.
