After the debates of one year ago at the National Bureau of
Investigation, the allies of the government coalition will gather this
Friday to return to this topic.
Rama and Meta will coordinate the meeting known as the Coalition Coordination Unit, opart of which will be Spartak Braho, Gramoz Ruci from the SP and Petrit Vasili from the SMI.
Braho led the propositions of the SMI, which were turned into a draft for the justice reform that was discussed at the Special Parliamentary Commission and then was sent to the Venice Commission.
The allies will discuss the final decision after the Palriamentary debates, where Speaker Meta suggested the opposition to file the variant they had agreed to, and he promised to make it a priority.
PM Rama reminded them all of March 12th, the date when the Venice Commission will bring the final report for the Constitutional amends, part of which is the National Bureau of Investigations, named by high-level experts as the Special Unit of Investigations.
One week earlier, Spartak Braho said for Top Channel that the National Bureau of Investigation is not necessary to be sanctioned at the Constitution, as proposed by experts in article 148.
