Top Channel has secured the exclusive footage of the so called Vila 1 in
Vlore, a government residence reconstructed lately by the government at
around 1 billion ALL.
This residence situated near the Vlore tunnel has spurred several debates for its reconstruction value, especially in an economic crisis when the government has been obliged to cut investments in many priority sectors of the country.
The new furniture are still in plastic bags, all luxurious of leather, and there are mirrors with very detailed frames and a large pool near the sea. The neo-classical style will be used by the Prime Minister, Sali Berisha.
All furniture are made of expensive wood and clothing, all original and made with unique and expensive technologies.
The same level of high end technology goes for the flat screen TVs, the phone system and the paintings.
The beds also have very expensive woodworks and the bedding come from expensive and of famous brands.
It also has a terrace, an underground floor, a winter pool, a service building with seven personnel apartments.
The sheets and the carpets came from Afghanistan and Iran, all worked with pure materials of silk and wool.
