The Prosecution is also receiving the phone tabulates of the people under investigation, while the family members of the late Enver Saraci, who died one day after the accident at the Military Hospital, accuse the Lushnje hospital for not giving the aid in time.
Their father was hit by the train at the Savre overpass. The machinist notified the police and the victim was approached to the national road, waiting for the ambulance called by the police.
After waiting for more than one hour, although the hospital is only 2 km away, the police decided to transport the victim with their own vehicles.
Then he was urgently sent to the Military Hospital of Tirana, where he lost his life.
