Traffic police have increased the controls at the entrance of Lushnje and Fier.
The police directors say that the purpose was increasing the road safety, despite the high number of fines in this area.
In less than one hour, the police has given 120 fines, mostly for drivers failing to fasten the sea belt and for trespassing the speed limit.
13 of these fines have caused a license suspension. 30 people have been arrested during October for not having the circulation permit.
