Luiza Gega, vice champion of Europe in the last Athletics European
Competition in Amsterdam, was welcomed in the airport just by her family
and journalists. But the situation is even worse.

Luiza Gega did not have enough funding to train or even to have a proper uniform with the symbols of Albania.

“We need support so that we can take more medals, because we are close. We need small things that could be huge ones, such as therapists, massage, ice water and other small elements”, Gega said.
