Lowered water level in Shkoder

With the weather improvement and the reduced flows from Vau i Dejes,
there has been a slight improvement of the situation in the flooded
areas.
The water has a tendency to draw back, but everything depends from the Vau i Dejes floods. The situation has improved in Shkoder, where the maximal level fell with 10 centimetres.
However, many Nenshkoder areas in Obot, Dajc and Bushat are sill under water.
The Emergency Headquarters in Shkoder is optimistic for tomorrow, since no rain is expected.
However, the water that is discharged from Vau i Dejes keeps flooding 4000 ha of land; it has isolated 250 homes and flooded 20 ones.
