The local observers coalition have released a second report, expressing
their concern about the situation created at the Central Election
Commission.
On this case was asked the completion of the Central Election Commission with seven members, since now it is incomplete.
The report that was published this Monday includes the period from March 15th to May 23rd, while the electoral campaign will be followed by another report that will be published a few days before the elections.
On the same time, the coalition of local observers has underlined that the campaign started before the legal time, violating this way the legal deadlines.
