Lirak Bejko’s body arrives from Italy

The body of Lirak Bejko arrived this Tuesday from Italy. Bejko set himself on fire during a protest against the government.
Bejko was being cured in a hospital, in Italy, after receiving severe burns in 50% of his body.
The body was brought to his residence, where the funeral will be held until Wednesday, after the homage that will be held at the former Political Persecuted Institution.
The political prisoners declared that they have asked permission from the Police and the Institution of the Politically Persecuted.
The European Commission expressed their regret for the death of the former political prisoner, Lirak Bejko, and reiterated the appeal to the government to dialogue with the strikers and also to implement the laws for this category.
